Orders are shipped daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.

You can make payments using Online Banking (FPX) and DuitNow QR, which allow for direct bank or e-wallet deductions from most major banks and e-wallets in Malaysia.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return warranty for faulty products from the date you receive them. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 24 hours if your product is damaged, wrong, or doesn’t fit.
If the product is damaged, the wrong item, or the wrong size, please contact us within 24 hours. You must return the item in its original, unworn condition. We’ll offer a refund or exchange within 2-7 working days.
If you made an error (e.g., ordering the wrong color), you may request an exchange. The item must be unused, and approval is required.
Please take clear photos of the faulty product and email them to us, including your order details. We need the product in its original packaging. The buyer covers return shipping and is responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Yes, if the product is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your account, and the balance can be used for future purchases.
