1. We conduct thorough manual inspections before delivering your product. However, in the event of a faulty product, all our products come with a 7-day return warranty from the received date.
2. Items eligible for refund or exchange are those resulting from our negligence, such as sending the wrong product or a product with specifications different from what you ordered. If the product is faulty, please take a clear picture and email it to us. The original packaging in its original condition is required. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by mishandling.
3. Requests for product exchanges due to customer errors (e.g., ordering blue instead of red) will require approval from the administrator, provided the item is still in its original condition.
4. In the case of a refund, it will be credited to the customer's account, and the balance can be used for the next purchase or future orders.
RETURNS POLICY:
